| | | I grew up in Hebden Bridge in the Pennine Hills of Yorkshire, England and attended University in Swansea and Leeds. It was whilst I was at Swansea that I began taking more pictures with a recently acquired SLR camera. After graduating I worked as a Transport Planning Consultant in Manchester, Glasgow and then London and for some of this time I completed a City and Guilds photography course at Calderdale College in Halifax. This course developed my skills hugely and enabled me to gain a Licentiateship from the Royal Photographic Society. Now based permanently in London, I work for Transport for London on Business Planning. The pictures on this site cover a variety of topics and are grouped into six categories: Travel, Social Issues, Transport, People, Flora and Fauna and a special features section.
